Tonight in the league cup final The Eagles play The cue masters in the league cup final, its set up for a great game down suzies if its anything like the meeting in the KO cup it wont take too long either!

The Eagles 11-7 Riley Cuemasters
well done to the eagles tonight for carrying off the league cup! wasnt quite the classic that maybe it could have been with both teams making mistakes from start to finish but in the end the better team took the spoils!
we had our chances and at 3-1 up things looked good but then a mixture unforced errors and solid play from the eagles turned the tie in there favour from which we never really recovered!
once again full credit to the eagles who once again proved themselves the top dogs in the winter! but hopefully next season with a few additions we can be up there again giving it ago.

Like you said, there were errors, but then again I think there were some nerves involved.
One thing I will say is that not many got away with thier mistakes, as the players coming in didn't allow a second chance to go begging.
I think the standard overall was of high quality for a final.
I'm not sure the Cuemasters need any additions, I think you have the personel already in place to win trophies, let us not forget that the Singles final was fought out between two Cuemasters. . . Keep doing what you're doing. Success will follow.
As for The Eagles . . . double winners for the second season running. . . and tantilisingly just falling short at the final hurdle of a treble, gotta be happy :-)
