Waddon Wizards 8 Better halfs 2
Tonight at the last min we had to call the better halfs and give away the home advantage due to pub table not working and rushed to theres.
This turned out to be a great move as we had the run of there table
and pulled out a good win.

Dukes 6 - Loyalists 4 - close match, possibly 5 all would have been fair, but we are happy to get the win, although were hoping to snatch a 7-3 at the end. Unlucky to Paul and the guys, see you at your place, which may seem like home away from home...:)

Yep, the top of the table clash saw The Dukes edge the win, at 3-2 up after the first set, you would have thought we could keep our noses in front, it was not to be, Lee and myself losing 2 outta 2, which is normally unheard of, was proberly the turning point, giving them heart and us...well, a drop in moral would be a fair comment. Well done to The Dukes, see you on the return leg...all 30yds of it!!

An excellent result for the The Waddon, who move to within 2 points of The Dukes, who themselves made ground on the Loyalists. Nice to see The Ship chalk up their first win of the season, at the expense of their co-hosts at the pub. I think after seeing first hand The Folly playing last week, am fairly sure they will move up to 4th with their result, but as we have all ready seen, take nothing for granted!

The Folly 8-2 The Warriors
A good and much needed win after last weeks reversal against the Loyalists. First time we've played the Warriors and a nice bunch they were. :clapping:
Looking forward to the return at their place.

As thought, The Folly jumping well up the table with an excellent win over The Warriors who now join The Ship at the bottom, Thanx to all for getting the results in quickly.
