Great game with the Langley guys again tonight thought it was gonna be another defeat as we were 2 0 down and up stepped one of my new signings daniel with a break dish to pull it back 2 1 then I lost so going down 3 2 at the break then up step Bernie to bring it level then stepped up my second signing nelio to put us in front for the Langley to pull it level 4 4 then me and Simon stepped up for me to give us the lead again 5 4 and Peter rapped it up 6 4, quarter finals here we come

Well done to the Langley really top guys and wish you well for the remainder of the season

Forum A 4 - 6 Rack Pack

Last night had it all.. A bit of luck from both sides, some quality pool, some excellent finishing and some shocking bad luck..

Rack Pack shot to a 3-0 lead (maybe a tad lucky on our part) to be pulled back to 3-2 in the first (Mark v Dean EASILY the most enjoyable frame)..

At 5-2 up the Fat lady was clearing her throat and naturally the Rack Pack boys started to get louder (I know, for a change) But those Forum boys are a bit special.. 5-3, then 5-4... Good and bad, lucky and unlucky in those 2 frames..

Tony v Karl.. Well, Tony was very unlucky, the white had its own agenda, Karl taking out a fantastic clearance to haul us over the line...

To the Forum.. Thanks for a great night as always.. The Banter and sportsmanship..

Cuemasters 5-6 the better halfs

Nothing but upmost respect for them great team! Personally last night was 1 of the best matches I have played in croydon we lost first to a good performance from Gary second grinchy played well to get us all level then we went 2-1 down John took it out well then rod came on broke dished then Phil came on and beat Joel 3-2 then up steps the next set Joel on again for us lost to Gary 4-2 rod came on lost to mark he took out the balls clean 5-2 then the 3 wise men came on firstly the grinch who took out a beauty of a finish real gd black as well! 5-3 I came on had a good game with mr knight he put me in a snooker I had only 1 option to come up n down n chip the yellow in the right bottom pocket it came off and landed plum on the blk. 5-4 then dray came on under the circumstances dealt with the pressure to take out a peach of a finish 5-5 then me v Gary for the quarters good frame with Gary I played a shot were he had no way of hitting the blk I got 2 and took it out. Real good game and they are a class team so orginased and professional real good bunch and I am gutted we had to play our fellow neighbors but always a good counter between us!

Want to wish cuemasters best of luck in the remainder of the season class team :thumb:

Well done Neil we want your team in the next round gonna fly Rambo bk for that 1..... N e danger mr chairman can we have the legends in the nxt round?? Ha ha lots of bragging rights to come for u or Rambo ha ha ha

Great post Danny , felt we should been home and dry with John having 2 and roll ins at 5.2 up , it's very rare he misses that sort of finish but full credit to u guys stuck to the task well to get back in it I think your 2 wonder shots were the only diffence Between the 2 sides , nice to see a positive post about us cos we don't seen to get the credit we deserve even when we win trophies
