Woodside Wallies 4-7 Penge Con Boys
Always a good night against our former stablemates...First set went 3-2 to us, and we could have been 5-0 up...credit to Mark and Linda Spurway for retrieving potentially lost frames..
Then the food came out...a fantastic chicken curry, which did our team no harm at all, as we took the next 4 frames to go 7-2 up... Mark Spurway then performed a 1 man rearguard action to make it 7-4...

As Jamie has mentioned above a 6-5 win for us last night over Penge Conqurors ;). It was very scrappy and our performance level dropped from last weeks performance, but a wins a win so no complaints
Think we were quite fortunate to get the win in truth. 2-0 down, brought back to 2-2, went 4-2 down, led 5-4, 5-5 and then fair play Shane's matchwinning shot to get out of a snooker and pot the black was quality. Mentions to Dave and myself for win doubles :D.
Top bunch of lads and ladies at Penge Conqurors, good luck for the remainder of the season :handshake:
