Langley sports 2 v 9 Farley legends

Great start from us tonight taking both sets 4 1, we played really well tonight.and got to say the langley boys were unlucky on a few in offs and blacks in offs tonight but we would of settled for that score :thumb: as they do have a few lads that can play......want to wish the langley boys well for the rest of the season,:clap:really top bunch down there :handshake: special mentions to Daniel 3/3 Leon 2/2 Bernie 2/2 and I also got 2/2 ......... we starting to gain on the leaders now and a big game next week against the goodfellas as another big win could take it to the last game :boxer:( 20 points) :haha:

Beechtree Boshers 3-8 The Folly

Our frustratingly consistent inconsistent displays strike again lol :o as we were truly put to the sword. In fairness we should have had a couple more frames but it wasn't to be

Not the best start as we only had four players, which for a home game is poor but we took the first three available frames to actually put us 3-2 up before we crumbled in the last set. We lost EVERY coin toss last night :@. Law of averages say we should win at least one lol

Top bunch of lads The Folly, with Andy et all, good luck for the rest of the season :handshake:

Goodfellas 6 - MOTs 5

Very enjoyable match with plenty of hilarious banter (most of which was aimed at Dean by his own team and not actually pool-related). Classic.

Loyalists 8-3 View

Probably a fair result. Highlight of the night was Brian Gray joining the Loyalists team for frame 8. Just a shame Neil wasn't there to see it....

I must admit that I did feel for Brian with what he done as I done the same thing against Joe Abbott back in the 90's in a Singles KO match when there was the free ball ruling ....... thing was then I did not have a free ball and seeing that we are mates we just fell about laughing ......... he went on to take the frame and the match .... and we was still laughing .... happy days them.
