Just wanna say thank you to every who I have spoke with regarding me possibly playing for them next season! After much thought I have decided to play for the legends can really see them having a chance this year with Leon pope Darren leech Steve k and Neil plus maybe 1 more yet for me it's all about trying to compete n I think on that basis I will join a team that u believe can take on any team in div 1 and have a chance! Turning down the prop has been a hard decision for me and I am honoured they offered me a spot thanks prop and trust it was a decision I took a long time to think about

Thanks for choosing us mate i know it was a hard decision? but you had to join us as we couldnt seperate the doubles plate champions,:trophyone: and the true croydons no 1 :bow:signing for the legends........ How about that then prop...:boxer:now you all know my team with poss 1 more to join........and now we have a chance to take on anybody, really can't wait for the start of the season warbank all stars..... That's the best thing mate didnt pay a penny,he was on a free transfer and choose us as he has seen for the last few seasons we have potential and now We have a squad more than capable of challenging for honours, and really looking forward to the season, 4th game Knocky see u soon :boxer:

Nooooo way mr Kermy as I known him a long time mate he my best mate that's what kinda swayed my decision mate as well as Neil being a top bloke and captain I really enjoy the challenge to be honest you lot are a great team and I enjoy playing against you! That's the truth

neil ura fool,so ur talking bout signing 1more again? where is ur loyalty to ur team ? u surely cant av the same team u ad a few seasons ago,ur 1st 5 wont av 1 ov ur old players in not even u...n why r u bottling taking me on in the rankings n trying to get others to fight ur battles n carry u....why dont u ask morry dolan n tommy donalon to sign aswel,ur side even with kellogs stil aint good enuf to finish above us...let us no wen uv finished signing players n then wer talk about bets...im sure at the mo wel stil match ur grand but wil av2 talk to the others...u can b ur teams mascot coz u aint gona b gud enuf to get in it...joker ...n kellogs tis a shame we would ov ada strong enuf side with u to take the eagles titles...n finally neil check the prop out in the hall ov fame we n our players av won loads m8 even wen we split n sum ov us wer the patriots we won loads...uv aint gota clue n wel enjoy giving u a wake up call :angel:

Div 1 is different gear son & i admire your confidence, Bravery is 1 thing but pure stupidity is quite another

But the reality will hit you & the Egos n prop will 100% finish above you
try keeping the team that got you through the divisions & more people would respect you
If this bet is on the line i will have as much as you can afford i will back the prop all day long

:blah::blah::blah: not that I have to explain it jacko but had to let 2 go 1 went to the dukes and 1 to the pond, I just want the best team poss and we not only doing it for a season unlike some teams, :bite: this will be the legends team for many years and we will replace you one day and like everybody says we are the underdogs :P

I know that Leon is a class player & i know D>leach is useful as is Steve K & i hear you are pretty decent
But having played ag the prop n egos down the years amn pretty sure that they will have more than enough to finish above the legends side
I like his brashness it reminds me of my old side...but @ evens i'd back the prop all day long - it's a no brainer
as for a lotta dough - i can cope ;)

Fair enough I hope to come on here end of season and prove u wrong that we ain't a joke u will see. I left my old team coz we cud not field a side where's Neil's team can defo do that now this season I am to be unstoppable and so are the rest of my side can't wait! ;)

lol your confident neil i will give you that fella but saying top 3 minimum is a big statement to match up to... i think 4th or 5th would be a great result which you could achieve. personally i think top 6.

1) eagles
2) the prop
3) cuemasters
4 the unpredictables
5) legends
6) loyalists

Looks a pretty decent side, but that will struggle to finish above the prop or the egos
I remember the drillers side of Mev/Rod/mills/micky samuels/darren leach/loen pope
& thatg side was not good enough to win div 1
Obviously its all opinion but that is mine
only the hot shots broke the stranglehold of egos/prop & to be fair it was a team that changed significantly after reacjing div 1 - & it was an awful lot stonger than the side put together by Neil
I will say good luck to you boys, but i fear at 1/2 way you'll see the consistency of these sides
I guess lets wait for the final piece of the jigsaw - but currentky i'd think that side would finish @ best 3rd prob 4th/5th

Valid point but times have changed people have improved a lot since then it's all about being consistent and that's the key! We can all play the game my old team cud have won the league a couple of times but was not consistent as a team not fielding a squad! Now am confident we can have a squad we will be tough to play trust! Bring in new season.

just to let you know mark as you already know I have them already signed up, and yes they are part of my plans, and as for danny k that situation will be resolved by tomorrow when I get back, and meet, steve bird,

hope this clarifies everything and lee you wont get the lambert boys from my team, as they are not going anywhere and they want to survive in div1 and not get relegated,:haha:

Having played against them half a dozen times in the last 12 months i recognise 2 of those players.

You seem to keep omitting the Lambert brothers too !!! 2 very good players, are they not considered good enough for the list ?

I think it will be a very good strong enjoyable season...I wouldn't wanna say whos gunna finish where...but legends will be top 3-4 that's for sure.lets just see how the season pans out.and who ever said the prop will finish a 100% is kidding..nothing's a certainty in pool

Shawn not to be rude mate but I didn't know the Farley eagles as that was before my time....... I'm talking about the last 4 years and we started from the bottom and now we in the top division and we have totally earned our place,(we wasnt shuffled about) and I also know we have to improve the squad as its a very hard division and a lot of tough games we just looking forward to it, let the battle commence :trophyone:
