A £50 block entry fee is payable to the EPA for 1 team and 2 Individuals and we can enter up to 4 teams and 8 Individuals with further £50 block entry fees payable (see EPA Information Sheet attached).
The dead-line for entries to be received by the EPA is the 28th June, 2014 so can any of the above that do wish to enter contact me so that I can furbish you with the entry form.

To be played at Great Yarmouth over the 7th, 8th & 9th November ..... There maybe preliminary regional rounds beforehand subject to numbers entering
