Plenty of suggestions. A webmaster should be regularly involved in the site. He should be commenting in the forums, starting threads and stimulating debate. Danny was good at doing that. I used to do it to to a lesser extent. It seems now that when anything gets interesting it gets nipped in the bud by deleting posts and banning members etc. Some common sense needs to be applied to what is being said in in the forums.

The users are the lifeblood of the site. It's pointless without them. Continue to piss them off with overzealous moderation and there will be no website.
