Strange as it would seem I have recently found that I can put one foot in front of another on a semi-fast repetitive basis and not only have I not fallen over (or broken anything!) - I have found it surprisingly enjoyable!

To celebrate this momentous discovery and more importantly to raise money for cancer charities, I am taking part in the 5k Race for Life in Epsom at the end of June.
