I would suggest 0, +2, +3, race to 7. Why take the chance on being beaten to a negative score? Also, why a tiebreaker? What would be different from a final odd numbered frame? It would be interesting if we could come up with a way to share advantage in a frame, as in a tennis tiebreaker though...
