Good question, I thought there'd be a big ol' write up by now!

I enjoyed the day but didn't stay long enough to find out who any of the money winners were. I'll bet one of the organisers walked away with a bit of cash though...

Final; Kyle Pickett 6 - 3 Steve Aldridge

It was a good day. but a little strange!
1) Ally beat me 5-3 in the first round, but being a double elimination, I returned to beat him 4-3 in the semi-final.
2) I played Kyle in the final, and he was a worthy winner. But if I had beaten him we would have played again, because this would have been his first defeat of the day. Wasn't going to happen, but strange but true!!

cheers guys, i dont actually have the results, paul has those and as there was over 60 matches played i wouldnt expect him to type them up.

Winning aside it was a very enjoyable day and id like to thank everyone who turned up despite the whether and hangovers lol i really enjoyed running my first comp and will deffo do more in the future!
Also thanks to paul for his help and katie who ran the bar on her own yesterday :clap:
Next up is the Croydon Open which will be at the end of feb, i'll b helping paul run this and we will have details of this event very soon!! i believe this is also only open to cdpl league players so make sure u show your support and enter so this remains the case for future years!!!
