What: 3 Man Team Competition
When: July 25th
Where: Rileys Purley Way
How Much: ?30 Per Team

Next month I will be running a 3 man team event at Rileys Purley Way, at the moment there is no restriction on the amount of teams. For those who have not witnessed or played in a 3 man team event it is a great day of pool. The early round will be best of 9. If you want to put a team in but are unsure whether one of your players will be able to attend then you can swap players closer to the event. I now have the originally intended 16 entrants but am going to open it up in order to try and get as many as possible, so keep the entrys coming in...

Remember this Comp is next sunday, If you could be there for 11:30 for a registration so that the comp can start by around 12.

Due to the number of entrants I have decided to put in a group stage, this will consist of either 4 groups of 4, or 4 groups of 5; with the top two going through. Then the normal KO system will resume.

Each group game will play out 9 frames (Each player playing 3) and alternating between the opponents from the other team so that everyone plays everyone. The winner of the group will play the runner-up from another group and visa-versa.

The KO stage will stay at best of 9's for the quarter final, although the distance will extend in the semis to best of 12 will the possibility of a 1 man play off. And the final the same.

Tom,

Pull the plug on mine and Seans entry.

Met has pulled out due to work. Andy has pulled out to Wiggy repairation issues. Sean and I cant be assed anymore.
