I'm told that for some reason they went back to tossing a coin rather than lagging for break. :?:

The break is massive in a best of 5 match and I heard that Sean only won the toss once in 7 attempts.

Wouldn't it have been fairer to toss on the first one and then alternate the breaks?

How did you mean? They did that for each match but the break is so massive in a short distance match that they should at least be some skill involved in determining who gets the advantage of breaking first.
