Thanks Sarah, the boys played well against the A's who did have to forfiet 3 frames to us due to them being a player short to field a full 9 man squad but nevertheless even if they had taken them 3 frames then instead of it being 14-13 in our favour as it was it could easily have been 16-11 to them and to be fair I would have taken that result but I can't fault the boys enthusiasm and committment to the cause and the 'B' team spirit has been on a high all season. They are a good bunch to manage and I'm looking forward to seeing how they will perform on the big stage at Yarmouth next month.

The Misscues lost 23-4 against BPL Sidewalks.
It was good to have almost all of the Yarmouth 8 in attendance. We didn't get the luck and Kristina was extremely unfortunate not even to get a shot (other than a dry break) until her third frame.
Paula takes the plaudits with 2 out of 3 this month. The other winners were Karen (1/3) and having waited until frame 27 to play, myself (1/1).
Our next match is our re-arranged game against ADSPL Sovereign A on 24 September.
