7 tables have been booked to stage these trials and I would remind the trialists that you will need to register with me between 12:00 - 12:15pm for a 12:30pm start and I would estimate that they will conclude between 3:30 - 4:00pm with the numbers we have at present playing the 120 frames. If the group of 16 is to be split by mutual consent of the players then it will be 2 groups of 8 playing 28 frames per group with the top 5 in each group qualifying with the extra spot going to the highest next in line in either group. If there is a tie situation in any scenario then the head to head will come into play and a play-off for the 11th spot if that comes into play.
