think in future draw has to be done on the day so everyone knows who is turning up especially as its a free event there is no need for anyone to stump money up front to confirm there entry. dont think lower division players not being there would have any effect whats so ever! there seems to be a vision from lower divisions that all division 1 players ever do is play pool practice competitons ect, probably only a small percentage do but in fact for most of us its a case of pick your cue up for tues and then it goes away again until the following week! thats why probably a majority of players did not turn up on saturday because of more important things on or simply to do what they normally enjoy doing at a weekend.:zzz: .
