The draw for the
2008 Bank Holiday Classic will take place at Rileys Purley Way tonight at 8pm and will be posted on here as early after that as possible . .

The draw for the 2008 Bank Holiday Classic took place tonight, conducted by Andy Esgrove plus Dan and Edita from Rileys . .

even though i'm not happy being drawn against fran the draw looks pretty even for once :) bet fran's gutted he's just wasted a tenner, though! :winkgrin:

As Luke is now unable to play, is it possible for someone to take his place? I'd rather play anyone than have the only bye in the 1st round!

I believe darren porter also has a bye as chris eden is on holiday.
Perhaps you could play him?

Are there any spaces available in this comp either if they book now or show up on the day? I heard there will be a few no-shows.

That's pretty much what happened . . Shaggy and I agreed to carve this up months back so it was fitting that when he came through the one-loss side at silly o'clock we high fived, watched Nuttman, Hughie and Fieldsy sing and dance for a bit then went for kebabs and chicken nuggets . .
Fieldsy and I would once more like to thank Hannah & her staff for their efforts through out the day :)
