I said at the AGM that I'd put something on the site about this.
List of differences between World Rules and Old EPA Rules - ignore the last column. I will edit this at some point before it goes on as permanent link - probably when it switches over to the Winter League fixtures etc.

Well I guess that not everyone has been in the league since the point World Rules was adopted :)
