Another View 5-5 Penge Con Boys

Another epic scrap....another crap table....another enjoyable night....

So many of the games could have gone either way, but the table didn't help anyone...the pockets didn't take hard shots, and the roll was as bad as any table we have played on this season...

We felt a little unfortunate to be only 3-2 up at halfway, but we set our stall out to get 5 with the second half order...even though the View were not being generous in that respect, and there were more than a few anxious moments...overall they probably had more of the rub than us, but I'm not complaining...the unbeaten record is still intact...

Once again that table proved to be a graveyard for the form book, with 3 of the higher flyers losing tonight....there is still much to play for!!!

Good luck for the rest of the season guys.

Another View 5 - 5 Penge Con Boys

Epic Scrap, Enjoyable Night, Yes! Crap table No! I disagree.
Yes it needs to be levelled at one end but the table is fast, only on very slow shots does the ball seem to have a mind of it's own. which we are trying to sort out.

As above the frames all night could have gone either way, it was a just result to finish 5-5. drunk all to play for in the last 8 matches.
Special mention for our Sec/Captain who was 3/3 including the Secretaries game.

Have a good last third of the season guys.
