The Warriors 1 - 9 The Farley Loyalists,

Excellent nite from the lads, good laugh with the home team, their heads never went down, we wish them luck for the future games, I think they might need it! Update table with more results in.

Right chaps, have had a go at the table as follows -

Loyalists 76
Dukes 70
Waddon 61
Langley 58
Better 1/2s 58
Ship 48
Jolly 45
Manor 45
Warriors 28

Hope you don't mind me having a go Mr P. The loyalists continue to gradually pull away each week, and at the moment a small gap between 2nd and 3rd/4th/5th. A good battle is developing between Waddon, Langley and Better 1/2s for the 3rd spot, but with 7 games to go all can change. I think the Ship could play a big part in deciding who ends up where, as their slow start surprised us - we were expecting them to challenge at the top as they have a solid side.

Helps if I don't miss out the Folly, who are also on 61, so apologies to our friends at the Folly and it becomes a 4 way battle. I need a beer...Grin

Ladies,

Thank you for the quick posts on last nights battles and tantrums,

The Farley Loyalists push 1 more frame futher away from The Dukes who took a very respectable 8 frames off the Wizards, who I can only surmise couldn't have had alot of luck in their favour. The Folly seem to be going backwards after a few good wins in the middle of the first half of season, but thanks to the aforementioned Dukes draw level on that 3rd spot. The Manor verses The Jolly didn't commit to a great win for either, and they stay fairly close to each other. A very good win for The Halfs by the way against The Folly already mentioned. Finally, The Langley keep their good run going with a win over the Ship, and move to within 1 point of that 3rd slot shared by The Wizards & Folly. Thats it then for another week, a 3way battle for 3rd at the moment means every team next week will have a say on that podium place. Good luck guys,...and dolls, of course.

Table after 11 weeks of blood, sweat & chaulk!

The Farley Loyalists 76
The Farley Dukes 70
The Waddon Wizards 61
The Folly 61
The Langley Sports 58
The Better Halfs 58
The Ship 48
The Jolly Sailor 44
The Manor 45
The Warriors 28

regards

No worries, and yes we did have the luck last night. 6-4 may have been a fairer reflection, but we'll take the win as another week it may go the other way. I reckon the 4 way fight for 3rd could go to the wire, and if we lose a couple it could become a fight for 2nd, so certainly keeps it interesting. I think you will win the division comfortably, but we will try and keep pace if possible.

Ha! not likely. we'll beat you last game of the season at the flyer and stay up. And you will go home knowing you threw away the chance to relegate us.
