A great performance from the lads, And a great result to the end of the first half of the season. Altho 9-1 looks great on paper it dont reflect those close games that could have gone either way. I think on the night we could have dropped a few more frames, But of course glad we didnt.
Have to explain what happend when Earl of eldon walked into the venue... They walked into the hurricanes room and asked the barman if they are in the right venue (as we dont play out of the farley despite having farley in our name) I over heard this and said .." Oh yes your playing my team tonight" one of there players responded saying " Whats your team name ?".. I replied.." Untouchables.." Tall lad from eldon says.."we'll see about that wont we".... Score of 9-1 later..........
Dont get me wrong im not being cocky or anything just think it was funny, but a deserved 9-1 ?? read info again above.
On that note do wish eldon all the best for the second half of th season and will see them at theres at the end of the season.
PS. ANDREW WATERS was the only one person to LOSE there GAME that night.
