Good result for us Pots seeing as we were 5-1 down, but managed to get our heads together and pull back the last 4 frames to grab the draw. (Well done Chas for getting 2/2)
8th frame was quickest I've seen, Spud Neil broke, other player took a shot or two and then knocked the black in! Not the nicest way to win a frame but a wins a win.
Frame of the match has to go to our Red Robin, Angela. Some great tactical shots played throughout the frame and was finished by the best black I've seen for quite a while.
But the spirit of the game was lost when the Crown player was totalled and one of his team mates decided to go up to the table and demonstrate to his player how he should play the shot!!! If that's not coaching I don't know what is. Had to warn them several times about coaching which we haven't had to do with any teams before. I know they are a new team to the league but they should know the basic rules surely?
