Luke Wilshere 1 - Grant Strutt 3 (agreed best of 5) Could and probably should have gone to a decider, Luke had some awful luck at a crucial point, am relieved to be through. Sadly the 'Pool are not having quite the same luck...Well won to Arsenal, a really good strike by Arshavin (again).... |

Kyler left flying solo for the Eagles, he beat Brooker in a best of 5 decider.
I lost to Steve Krishnan 4-3 at the Hot Shots, was very close in the end but Steve deserved it, played better on the night. Good luck in the next round Mr. K
And Superboy finally came unstuck, Young Tom losing to Chris Bensalem, 3-0.

Seems to me lots of us prefer best of 5 in latter rounds...Maybe something to be chewed over at the next secretaries meeting? |
