Seamen 8-2 Sailor

On paper, it looks like a major thrashing....however, it needs to be put in perspective...they only had 4 to start with....bear in mind I am always going on about how much bad luck we get....tonight we got all of it...like getting quad aces on the flop!!!! The sailor played well, but it just didn't happen on the money shots, giving us the opportunity to take advantage...

Good luck next week guys!!!

The great escape is REALLY on!!!

Oakie Coakies 7 - 3 Beechtree

Always a good laugh playing the Oakies, ex Penge Trades/Ex Big Pots, and was a much improved display from last week by us even if the score is the same.

Oakies are up to Divi 2 for next winter after this win, congratulations to them, fully deserved.clapping We took more points off them in this one night then we have the last two meetings we've had with them winkgrin

Two games left against our party mates the Ship and away at the DOG, hopefully we can get enough points to stay up. Cheers to the Oakies for a good laugh last night, and i'm sure our paths will cross again sometime handshake

The D.O.G 4 v 6 The Ship

The only good thing about last night was the excellent beef stew served up at half time .. we were poor and got very lucky to nick the last 2 frames of the night.
Looking forward to next weeks game against the girls n guys from the Beechtree, just hope we play a bit better

Maple Tree 4 - Dukes 6. We may have been a bit lary last night, and possibly not as quiet on opponents shots at times as we should have been so apologies to the Maple if it put anyone off. A good night was had, and good luck to the Maple, a good bunch of guys, for the rest of the season and Summer.
