Enmore 5-5 Seamen

THE GREAT ESCAPE HAPPENED!!!!

Needing 4 frames to stay up, things looked bad at 3-0...an epic fourth followed....a fantastic clearance attempt that saw the last ball hang on the lip gave us the 4th....a good clearance after a foul saw us go into halftime 4-1 down....three scrappy wins took us to 4-4...the last 2 were shared...

This was probably the one match in the league that had meaning.....the Sheffield Wednesday v Crystal Palace....like Palace, the draw kept us up....it was a proper scrap, and well played both teams!!!!

The D.O.G 6 - 4 Beechtree

Not the way we wanted to end the season, but after the first few weeks of the winter season, where we could have found ourselves in a relegation scrap, the middle of the season we accumilated the points, and ended the season with four straight defeatsShockhmygod:

We should have got a draw, but fair play to the DOG they played well last night, only recognised three of the team from our home game earlier in the season, but I was drunk both timeslaughing

Congrats to Cooky and the Seamen on the great escape, comiserations to the D.O.G, The Enmore and the Jolly Sailor. Been a good laugh this season in Winter Division III, cheers to all the teams we played, every game we played was a good laugh handshake

Summer League only just around the corner, and having seen the doubles draw, Me and Supa Steve of the Beechtree vs MJ and the Guvnor of the Beechtree, let the Battle of the Beechtree commence point and laughroll on the floor laughing

Langley Sports 6 - 4 The Lodgers

Solid finish to the season for us and pleasing to turn around the 7-3 defeat they inflicted on us in the first half of the season.
