Magnum Force 6 - 4 Beechtree Revolution

Maybe we should have got a draw from this one but it wasnt to be Frown We started well going 2-0 up, but found ourselves 3-2 down at the break. 4-2 down, we fought back to 4-4 but Magnum Force dug deep to claim the last 2 for the win.

First time any of the Revolution had been to Rileys Frith Road, but a quality venue.

Well played the Magnum Force guys handshake Losing Result but that was the most fun weve had at an away game in ages. Catch you at BR1 later in the season.

I see you have a strong bladder then...

Well played to you lot, not sure I'd agree with the draw opinion though! How we went 2-0 down in the first place is a mystery to me, that and we had a bit of a strange lineup. In fact our two strongest players didn't even play. Anyway, onwards and upwards. Good luck in the rest of the season.

Dukes 4 - Stelfs 6. I had to leave at 3-3 so can't sum up the whole match; All I can say is that my twitch on a straight forward black in the opener, which I then lost, was shocking - and almost did the same in the 2nd half. Stelfs are a strong team, with some good attacking players, so well played to them, look forward to the return.

Untouchables 6-4 A view to A kill

A narrow defeat last night but a scoreline that's probably about right. A very messy set of frames leading to long drawn out night of untidy pool. In fact the pool was very similar to a soggy wotsit! Still it was a close encounter and we look forward to the return. Suprised to see a few players missing for the untouchables this season but still a strong outfit. Well played.
