Plan B 1-9 Penge Con Boys

Another good win, but once again the scoreline flattered us...Plan B won the first after a mistake, but in all fairness, the next three could have gone either way...they had the luck during the frame, but it returned our way to get the finish...although the luck evened out, ours was more crucial...some might say it was experience dragging us over the line.

4-1 at halfway, and I would still have been more than happy with a 7-3...a great black in the 6th frame set the tone for the rest of the match...as our confidence increased theirs ebbed away and we closed the rest of the frames out.

Fair play to Plan B, a brand new team, most of them in their first season in the league...as the season goes on and they get more experience, their results will improve...these guys can all pot a ball, they just need to get a result or two...good luck and hang in there!!!thumb

Another new team in the league, load & proud, wall they need to brush up on the rules a bit, but great bunch of lads.
expect them to creep up the table if they stay in it long enough. Amir 2/2 Paul 2/2 Secretary Simon 2/2 all of us going for the singles cup this year even though too early to say.

Next match The Wizards, going to get creamed?
