Both teams only had 5 tonight, however, the Beechtree did have a strong 5....going 2-0 down when we had chances to win both didn't bode well...3-1 down looked worse...3 frames on the bounce put us in pole position followed by wins at 9 & 10 to seal the match...
Make no mistake, the Beechtree are a good team, and I would expect them to be safely in the top half of the table, if not challenging, come the business end of the season...
As Jason has mentioned, a victory for his lads against our lads n lasses last night, in what was from our point a poor performance Too many scrappy frames.
Too many frames went begging when the finishes were there, exactly the opposite of what we done last week, but no doubt we'll bounce back next week and onwards.
