Magnum Force 4 - 7 1nildown

A good result against a good bunch, shame we only turned up with 4 again. Along with only having 3 against the eagles & only 4 Against the Pond i don't think we were ever gonna qualify in this group.
Shame as we have given away 8 frames in this group & if we had a full team & could have won half those games we may have had a slim chance.

Good luck to the Eagles & Pond in the next round, was a good friendly group & enjoyed all 3 games.
I would rather be playing golf

Shot of the night.... Barry pinging pats long grey chest hair!
Both teams going through motions as it was unlikely anyone else was going through.

Did we mate, sorry, turn up with Random amounts of players so often its hard to remember.

Don't think it wouldm have made much difference in the long run, the 2 best teams qualified in my opinion.

The actual score in our match was 6-3. Whichever team got to 6 wins first would win the group. In my honest opinion, we would have definitely won the last two frames, if we had chosen to play them. But it would have been a fruitless exercise. All their better players had performed and we still had our top performers in reserve. I was also very concerned about walking through those dark alleyways back to the car park. I'm not really trying to make excuses but.......
