On Sunday 25th May, I will be abseiling 100 metres down Spinnaker Tower, in Portsmouth, to raise money for St.Christopher's Hospice.
St Christopher's Hospice provides free care to around 3,000 dying patients each year with a further 750 patients cared for at home each day. We must raise around £17.5 million each year to enable us to provide these services to patients and their families from Croydon, Bromley and South East London.
Any donations gratefully received.

Cheers mate, I can do but if you follow the link you'll be able to add "Gift Aid", so the charity gets even more.
