I agree with the lads talent. It would be good to have another "Deegan" as part of the Croydon set up seeing what a great player his brother Jason was with us back in the late 80's & 90's |

Why is the 'B' team stronger than the 'A' team?
Taking my shots looking cool, my self-esteem?s growing tall.
Losing eyes this game is cruel. I do my thing playing pool.

I think the 'A's would disagree with your opinion seeing that they finished above the 'B's in this years inter-league season. There are procedures how the squads are selected and players retainment is based upon win averages. |

Trevor Herbert, Steve Deegan, Terry Doke, Andy Telford, Tony Nuttman and Shaun Nash. John Hoy had the same number of points as Shaun, but Shaun beat him when they played, so John is first on the reserve list, and Shane St Romaine is second.
Thoroughly enjoyed the day, and Mark Halsey ran it well, although it did go on longer than he anticipated! |

There were 15 entries that guranteed everyone 14 games in a round robin that went on for just over 5 hours on 4 tables.
Here are the full squads for this season and I'd like to welcome back from last years squad .... Terry Doke, Tony Nuttman & Shaun Nash who had to re-trial and the newbies being Trevor Herbert (previously played in 2007 & 2010), Andy Telford (previously played in 1989) and Steve Deegan who will be playing Inter-League pool for the first time so I wish him well, as all other squad members, for the 2016 campaign and my commiserations to all other trialists from yesterday.
