Crusaders 4 The Alma Tavern 7
It was a surreal experience being the away team in our original home from 20+ years ago. However
we didn't let it affect us too badly. We won the first set 3-2,lost the next two games but then we
finished in style winning the last four games. A pleasing result following our long exile in the lower
divisions. It was generally a match played in a very sporting manner. There were unfortunately a
few incidents of frustration from a serial offender. They were too insignificant to spoil the evening. |
