The Alma Tavern 5 MOD's Unpredictables 6
A great evening spent in the company of a very entertaining and sporting side. It was lovely to
reminisce about earlier years. Mick has run a pool team for no less than 43 years and still his
enthusiasm is as strong as ever. The game was a lot harder back then as the balls used to be
square. The final result was pleasing for us to get so close to one of Croydon's top sides.
We wish the very best of luck to the Unpreds at Yarmouth for this weekend. Looking forward to
at least two more matches against them later in the season as we are in the same League Cup group.
Good Luck to them for the rest of the Winter League. |
