Hope so. I guess that knowing that you won't be facing Altes, Halligan etc until the final will make it that little bit more appealing! |

Tony Bailey has paid for one of the 3 remaining places.
His name will go in the hat to be drawn on Sunday.
Next 2 to pay will join him in the draw.

As with any ante post bets you might place in the bookies you do not get refunded if a horse/player is withdrawn before the draw.
Im sure it was beyond your control why you had to pull out. Have a chat with Dave when you see him ok? |

Took this from a well known betting site.
Ante-post bets are accepted at quoted prices, up to and including the day prior to the event, on the basis of all in, run or not, entered or not .Therefore selections not taking part in the race/event concerned are losers. Ante-post bets are those placed at our quoted prices on horses and prior to the race becoming classed as ?Day of Event? (Day of event is a term used to describe the time at which overnight declarations are made, .All bets placed after the overnight declaration stage are settled in accordance with our Early Prices/Day of Race Rules. |

I laid ?10 on Jacko @ 12/1. ?60 on Jacko @ 10/1. ?100 0n Sean @ 7/2. ?50 on Andy Shaw @ 12/1. ?40 on Knocky. I laid these bets on the basis of players entered, bets laid.
No way would they have been at such odds if i had known what players where pulling out. Non the less i cannot go back to these players now and say " Sorry as people have pulled out" I have to change the odds i offered you.
Thats the risk you take with Ante Post Betting. In the event of any of the players with big bets on them win i will honour all bets laid at the prices quoted at the time.
