I've heard on fairly good authority that Shaggy is willing to offer ThePower odds on his bet based on the frames headstart as follows:
6 Start - 5/2
7 Start - 2/1
8 Start - 6/4
9 Start - 6/5
10 Start - Evs
11+ - Offers Welcomed
