Kyle won 3 out of 3 to finish top of the Surrey Interleague rankings aswell, joint top with Tom Kennedy (Tolworth A)
Huge achievement, as all of Surrey's best players play within the Interleague set up, so to finish top of the lot with Tom took some doing.
He missed out on last years by a single frame, so made it all the more sweeter. |

I usually wouldn't coo about winning second in anything, however, the realistic fact is that 2nd place in both the League and the Cup is as good as we could hope for, and we had stiff competition for that in the form of Tolworth II, Warriors, Premier and Godalming, all who are on par with Croydon with a mix of youth, experience and some outstanding individuals.
Tolworth I have been put together for a tilt at the nationals, for them it's all about gettig honours at Great Yarmouth. It does make for a one horse race Interleague though, as they are basically Surrey A.
So, in summary, runners up in both the Cup and the League is a fine achievement for us. |

Not a bad result in the end last night for the b team after going 8-2 down!
Going 13-12 up and losing the last 2 was gutting but well played to the croydon boys for a strong fight back! |

I thought it was a really good game last night!!
It's also good to see the newer players starting to step up more consistently now! (e.g. myself and Charles). Should bode well for the future, if the team is not disbanded!! |

Disappointing start last night, I felt we should have done better. They have 2 or 3 very strong players but over all I thought we had the greater depth. Good comeback though, and all our subs won their games which should give Mick a nice headache for next time. |

I'd like to say well done to Kyle on a superb season. Your record in Interleague is top dollar.
Now sort yourself out and get in the Surrey A team. |
