Maybe a bit premature to post, so these are not 100% accurate as still a couple of results to come in from last nights final group matches, the main outstanding results being Patriots v Imperials, and Maple Tree v Hot Shots. I heard Loyalists won 10-0 last night so they will top Group 2.

I am presuming Patriots & Hot Shots will top their respective groups, and if that is confimed then this is how it will look in the 2nd stage.

Always seem to have that 'group of death' and 4 div 1 teams will be thrown into Group B.

GROUP A:
The Eagles
Farley Loyalists
Untouchables
Magnum Force

GROUP B:
The Patriots
Rileys Cuemasters
The Warbank
Jolly 'A'

GROUP C:
Hot Shots
Goodfellas
Imperials
Foreign Legion

GROUP D:
Propeller
Eden Cues
Rileys Rack Pack
Pond Wheatsheaf

Quarter-finals:
Group A Winners -v- Group D Runners-up
Group B Winners -v- Group C Runners-up
Group C Winners -v- Group B Runners-up
Group D Winners -v- Group A Runners-up

These are spot on Alex, got the league e-mail this morning.

You should change your name from The Power, to The Oracle.

If you could PM me tomorrow nights winning Euromillion numbers, I'd be grateful ;-)

I think there should be a review of who plays who for the knockout stages as you could have a few scenarios where you could play the same team you played in the first group stage... It could be as easy as pairing Group A with Group B instead of Group D for next years comp... Anyone else have a view?

its a good point to make and something i have noticed myself in recent seasons! there is no reason why the draws in future cant be made to avoid this scenario.
