Beechtree Boshers 2 - 9 Goodfellas
Top bunch of lads the Goodfellas, played well fair play. We didn't get a win until game 8 though had a hatful of chances. Ah well. Good luck to the Goodfellas and we'll catch you at yours later in the season

flying machine 6 - 5 untouchables.
brilliant night, so much banter, such a laugh. as it happens the result would of been fairer as a draw I think, neither team deserved to loose. some frames should of gone to the opposing teams. highlight was their player coming to the table with one red remaining and our players two yellows, and managing in one shot to pot the red, both yellows and the white. 
look forward to playing the untouchables again, good luck this season. |

yes big rich only by 3 points and we play them in a couple of weeks so should be interesting to see who comes out on top

Neil, I have to hand it to you mate, you're certainly a classic !
You keep this site alive.
I'll chat with the boss of the mighty Better Halfs to sign you, even if it's just for writing posts and taking care of our PR stuff. I'm sure he'll agree.
When are you available for an interview ?
And should you be sucessful it's probably going to be your easiest and quickest route to a div 1 postion.
We all have to start at the bottom in life !
Do you think you may be ready for the challenge ?

cheers for the offer mate i will consider it once i have achieved my goals and get my team to the first division as we will get there without your offer, we will win the 2nd division trophy and once i have a full season in the first then i will look at my options,

i think you should take up the offer there neil.... it could be a long wait trying to lead your team to div 1...plus you could find it a bit awkward trying to play pool in the years that follow scuttling round the table on your NHS issue zimmer frame so why waste this opportunity ???? from an inferior team player.
we may need a bigger boat..! |

No it won't take a long time cause we in division 2 for the winter and when we win it then comes the big one and I'm not that old or was you thinking of yourself in the Zimmer frame looool

lol well if you do make it to your hallowed land that is division one then maybe you can call yourselves the rileys yo yo"s as your be going up only to come back down again

well put it this way neil winning division 2 is not as easy as you may think so to start saying you will win it is never really wise! theres some good teams there and its usually the most competitive division.. and yes i have played in div 1 so i doubt you know me i am like many just amused at your rather confident predictions...and id get to that division 1st before you ask people how they think your do.! but as 3 go up in the winter i think your in with a shout at promotion but maybe not as champions and as to how i think you will do if you get there well lets just say with respect better teams than yours have gone down so there you go...good luck
