£60 a team (£20 or £15 a person depending how many in your team)
Limited to 16 teams. 4 groups of 4 with the top 2 progressing to the quarter finals. 2 points for a win. Frame difference won't come into it so if level on points, there will be a 3 man play off
All matches in group will be best of 9's
Pro cup balls to be used
Winners of group play a runner up from a different group
The team players of the 8 teams that get eliminated will be entered into a free best of 5's singles comp with £80 to the winner and £40 to the runner up.
Quarter finals and semi finals will be best of 9's and the final will be 18 frames (you play each other twice). it goes 9-9, you will have a 3 man play off to determine the winner.

I have notified team captains via text or Facebook but the comp will now start at 1 although the club will be open from 12 if people want a knock beforehand.
Also, still looking for 3 more sides to make it the 'perfect' 16 so if anyone is interested, then please get involved. I'm hopeful of getting at least 1 more team tonight.
Imho, its value for money this comp. If we get the required 16 teams, then you are guaranteed 3 group matches and if you get through, you'll get at least a 4th match and if you don't get through, you have the free singles comp to enter where there is prize money available to the finalists.
