Penge Con Boys 8-3 View to a Kill

A very good result against the team that beat us 7-4 in the first half...we did have the odd fortunate frame - me winning when Steve James followed the black in...but other than that we were good value for the win...player of the night has to go to our secretary, Steve Izatt, who cleared 6 balls and the black in one visit when he had 2!!!

Always a good night with the lads from the view...and Brian Gray brought Steve back to earth by break dishing him in the secretary's (the only one of the night!!)

Good luck for the rest of the season!!

Jolly Sailor 3 - 8 One Player Short

Went 5-0 up but could have been 5-0 down, as Brooker said, very happy to get 3-3 in the second 6, table is not the easiest but glad to have got that away game out of the way with a good result. Lovely bunch of fellas, hope you stay up drunkdrunkdrunk

Maple Tree 5-6 BLC Boshers

Great win for us Grin against a very good team doing very well this season. Led 1-0 and 2-1 before the home side took the next four to lead 5-2 before a fightback from us Boshers led to us taking the final 4 and the 6-5 win

Shano in brilliant form with a treble big grin

Very tough table to play on at the best of times with its lack of playing space, throw in an exceptionally fast speed cloth and some rolls and it makes for an interesting night, but all done and dusted by 10.15

Top bunch of lads, Dean and the Maple Tree lads, good luck for the rest of the season
