better halve 6v5 frames 193 ....God knows how we lost but these things happen,my highlights of the evening was watching Mark doing an Ali impression on the pool table floating like a butterfly n stinging like a bee to dispatch rodney n then in the second set i managed to repeat the feat...on a iffy note don't think we should have to wait 5minutes between the finish of a frame n the start of the next,rack em spin a coin n keep the match flowing but for some reason this never happens at there ground,match finished at nearly 12 which is total bs really as an hour of that was spent waiting for the next frame to start... |

We also had an experience of lateness and delays at this venue, but generally didn't give a ******* because we were there for a beer, and the bar girl kept on serving. (within reason).
Each to there own I suppose.
As Rod dished us up 5 out of 6 last year, we factor that into proceedings. I do the same with Metin anyway!!!

The Dishers served up well again last night. And our Pizza's were far Better Half's than the ones at Frames !!!!!

Oh my days, there always has to be one doesn't there and he speaking of timing is quite laughable.
If you Guys had a legal line up there by the start time then we would have kicked off on time but instead and being the Gentlemen we are, we allowed you to practice for free on our table until the remainder of you team arrived. You can't get better than that can you ! We kicked off at 8.35 and was well within our rights to pinch a frame or 2. But as I say, we're Gentlemen. And still No5 spot on the card remains blank until around 9.
And Mr. J, I read your comments very well about the 2nd set and RODNEY as you say. But you don't say how The Mighty Rodderz very nearly dished you bar one ball and allowed you to the table to clinch the frame.
How about yourself in the 1st set. Fudging around, hiding, tucking up ect and was very nearly beaten by our lady player who is no where near your standard. I'm very sure we could have knocked at least 10 minutes of this 20 minute frame lol, so comments for timing against us are ridiculous.
I'm guessing the KINGS are timed out here now !

Thats very gracious of you Steve,as for my first game Natalie is a very good player n I showed her the respect she deserved regardless of what sex she is n I'm obviously playing to win for myself n my team so for you to state about me fudging around because she's a girl may be deemed a tad sexism by some,as for rodney I can't stop him going for a mad dish I can only punish him for failing,but guess in your eyes that's OK as he's a boy |

I put it down to the absence of the Disher's #1 referee...
And tbh the 6-5 scoreline was always gonna be the final result... It always is...
