One Nil Down 3-8 Bloodmasters
Paradoxically, we were one nil down in both halves but finished strongly to win the last four.

Pawleyne 2.9 Prop needed a big result tonight to keep us in it n yea we got1 ,ov the 2 frames we lost the 1st 1 we wer massive favs for n failed to drop in a dolly finish n Mr Kelly broke dished us in the last...admittedly the foulers didnt av a lot to play for but i think our boys stood up to the plate tonight n deserved every frame...even if we fail in our bid for the title wev got to b happy that we Ava chance now |

Better halves 5-6 Rack Pack
Top performance tonight when we needed it. Was a bit disappointed to only get 6 as we was 6-1 up. Better Halves didn't look their normal selves tonight with a few missed opportunities. Great dishes from Rowson and Telford in 2 of the frames. And special mention to the Halves' Mr Krishnan??with a sick 150mph black slapped clean in down the rail!
I make the Prop the favourites for the title now but with them and Bloodmasters joint it could be close.?
Prop v Pond
Bloodmasters v Eden
Better Halves 11-0 bye
If my maths is correct we need 3 frames next week versus 1 nil down to beat the drop.?
Good luck to all!

Not sure why your team is at the bottom of the league, You guys played awesome with a couple dishes, That is just a wow factor. You must have a crap table or something at your home venue. Either way well played to all of you. I am suprised we lost by 6 frames overall could have been 8 - 3 7 - 4 or something to your team.
Look's like Prop is favorties but c'mon Bloodmasters, Hope they can win it for Sydenham!!!! |

Consistency is a key factor that we miss sometimes.

I think it comes down to matches won in the event of a tie.

Just to verify this enquiry
17. If, at the end of a season, teams are on level points, wins, losses, draws and head to head matches then they will Play-Off to decide either Promotion or Relegation. Play-Offs will also be arranged for players in the Divisional Singles competition if a Tie situation arises at the end of the season and these will be based on a format of 1 frame matches (Refer to Rule 20).
a) In the event of a 3 way Play-Off in the Individual competitions then a Round Robin system will be used with the eventual winner being decided by the player who consecutively defeats the other 2 players in succession. |

I agree for the simple fact that we have only lost 2 all season and we have no pressure on us. You have got a lot to play for....
My predicitions:
Prop 8 Pond 3
Eden 6 Bloodhounds 5 |

It's great to see that a good South London boy like Mark has finally seen the light and transferred his allegiances to the mighty Arsenal. We will do our level best to beat the Prop,as we have already done many times in the past. We personally have nothing to play for other than pride and that will be more than enough to drive us on. It will be fascinating to see how the Prop players control their emotions and nerves. It could and should be a very interesting encounter. It is very annoying that Rileys have not yet had Sky re-connected. I'll have to record the Arsenal Champions League game just like Mark . |

Paul,I have always been very conscious of other peoples feelings. I always endeavour to be a thoughtful and considerate person. However, it's not the type of subject with which one should become over-obsessed . I'm only trying to empathise in advance with your team. I will completely understand should you crumble under the weight of expectation. Alternatively, should you prove to be victorious, I will be one of the first to offer my heartiest congratulations. Which Propeller is turning up ? That is the question ! |
