Just thought I'd mention these here as the first event is on Monday. (I will submit an article for this site this evening Golden).
World Championship Qualifier
1pm - Monday May 26th
Limited to 32 runners - entry ?20
The qualifier is open to UK residents aged over 18 only.
4 semi finalists will progress (along with the top 4 players from the other 7 qualifiers held across the country) to a further competition of 32 entrants to be held in Leicester - where the top 8 players will win singles places at the World Championships.

7.30pm Thursday 29th May
?15 entry (7pm registration)
World Rules
Subject to 16 entries 2 players will receive ?40 entry plus ?80 accommodation
GLCPA EPA cardholders only
Finals will be held at Imperial Hotel, Blackpool on 5th & 6th July

I've now heard that the final qualifying round in Leicester has been scrapped and that only 1 goes through from each venue. This might need to be confirmed though. |

Confirmed. One qualifier from each venue will qualify direct for a singles spot at the World Championships (subject to 16 paid entries). |
