Mighty Eden 7 - 3 Current league champions (unpreds)
A great win for the Eden, it could have easily been 8 or 9. Lets hope this is the sign of things to come..... |

nice to get our 1st win last night against the blood hound gang! both teams were missing players but it was a good open match to play in..good bunch the bloodhounds and there league position today wont do justice to the team they have assembled! great effort from slates last night against the prop and a good win for the eden against the unpredictables.

we may need a bigger boat..! |

Another stuttering performance by us! Doesn't help when I miss a straight black into the corner which would have put us 2-1 up!
We had other chances as well, but the cue masters played well. Was impressed by David McDonnell - not seen him before but seems a very good player! |

We played pretty well last night & really could have won bigger, but having said that we would have taken a 7-3 win prior to the off.........
Especially when i have 2 dolly blacks in both my games & miss both (Although i won the 1st game in the end) - new nickname for me is pampers
But as a team we are playing well & next up the prop so we can see where we are as they are the obvious title fav's
HOW LONG LEFT ? |

Foreign Legion 7 Pond Q's 3 A disappointing result overall. I think that we deserved a draw at least. Luck isn't really with us at the moment but I'm sure that it will soon improve. Missing three regulars, so I had to put in a personal appearance. I now sit proudly at the top of the team averages with a 100% win ratio. If I can maintain that for the remainder of the season, our problems will soon be behind us ! |

Dave Mac can pot the odd ball. He's not bad at snooker either. |

Dave Mc should be half decent. He done a 147 pre tv stages of a pro snooker event. Saying that, it doesnt guarantee being any good at pool.

indeed we have had an extremely bad start. but with graf not being present and no sign of another strong player that's another potential 4 points which both players are very capable of getting. I still have confidence the team will crawl up back up. |
