Congratulations to Wayne, hopefully this win will make him change his mind about 'retiring'.

Well done Shaggy as well for nearly staying sober till the Final.

Special mention for the shark (Andy Bentley) for knocking out one of the favourites, Sean Halligan in the quarters. A less honourable mention for Gary Rawlings and Luke Davis, whose nine frame first round battle took 3 hours to finish. The pro-stopwatch brigade should have videoed that game.

Thanks to Paul and Sarah for running the comp.

Yep, well done to all those who chipped in to run the comp, I thought it was excellently organised. Thanks to Rileys for the food.

Well done to Wayne. Been waiting too long for him to win something & of course commiserations to Shaggy. Great effort from Andy Bentley to make the last 4.

can only echo the above threads! a very well run competiton as always and full credit to paul and sarah for doing the organising and the club for being a very good host. always a shame that its such a long day that the final never really gets the audiance it deserves but with it pretty much being a 12 hour plus event thats understandable. well played to wayne for winning tho and we can all look forward to next year.
